RETURN POLICY
Returning an item to Thames Child
Refunds & Exchanges
1. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
2. All items must be returned in their original packaging, with labels still attached. They must be of saleable condition and must not have been worn.
3. Postage is the customers responsibility for returns. It is advisable to use an insured delivery as
Thames Child will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
4. A copy of the receipt should be enclosed in the parcel.
5. When we receive the item, we will credit your account or exchange as instructed.
6. For sale items and special orders we only offer a credit note or exchange - no refunds will be
given.
7. In the event that an exchange is necessary we will pay the postage providing that the item is in
stock.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
1-PAYPAL
We have a paypal ecommerce cart set up to make dealing with Thames Child very easy.
You don't need a paypal account to use this service.
Just click on the "Proceed to Checkout"button and follow the credit card link.
2-CREDIT CARD
Payment can be made with your Credit Card using paypal as our agent or by phone to us. Just use
the secure paypal link in our shopping cart facility or ring on 02 62970605
3-POSTAL
Thames will accept cheque or money order through the post. Goods will not be despatched until
cheques are all cleared.
4-C.O.D
Thames will post goods through Australia Post's Cash on Delivery Service. This is not available to
our overseas customers-sorry.
5-Once payment has been received we will then contact you to confirm your order and the total cost, including postage. (See information on our postage rates below).
Please note: It is your responsibility to check the order confirmation, especially the despatch
address and details of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for items sent to the wrong address
if this is not done.
If goods are returned undelivered, and you then supply a further address, you will be liable for
any postage encountered thereon.

These postage rates only apply in Australia and may vary slightly due to location or changes in
the Policies of Australia Post.The rates are calculated for you automatically in your shopping
cart once you have selected the required option.
